CA Rushabh Shah joined the firm in 2020, bringing All India Rank 22 (CA Final) and All India Rank 4 (CA Inter) credentials along with Big 4–calibre exposure in Ind AS advisory, financial due diligence, and cross-border structuring.
In four years, he has built out the firm's FEMA practice, launched its Ind AS advisory capability (covering standards 116, 109, 19, 21, and 36), conducted buy-side due diligence engagements for manufacturing and solar sector acquisitions, and developed three SaaS products — TaxTalk (ITR filing), XpensR (expense management), and TaxLit Pro (litigation management) — for use by the firm and its clients.
On the litigation side, he has drafted GST appeal grounds before GSTAT, represented clients at CIT(A)/NFAC, and assisted in Gujarat High Court writ petitions challenging reassessment notices — maintaining the firm's unbroken record.
